The idea helper checks the whole age range, available space and session length. Enter ages as whole years. Activity age ranges describe the task; adapt the instructions to your group. An activity length in the brief, such as “20 minutes”, limits the suggested activity duration. Choose a session mode, then adjust its start, length and day count. Activity times include setup and pack-up. Open each activity to add preparation notes or an alternative. An explicit start override can create parallel activities; the planner warns about overlaps and shared equipment. Suggestions are starting points, not a completed timetable.
